MBA Orientation Program-2017 (24 Jul,2017)

A fresh batch of MBA students joined IMS Unison University on July 24, 2017 to mark the beginning of the new academic session. 

Prof. M.P. Jain, Chancellor, IMS Unison University welcomed the students to the university and showered his blessings. 

Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pandey, Vice Chancellor, IMS Unison University welcomed the students to the university and motivated them into achieve their goals and make the university proud. He stated that the University, with its world class infrastructure, dedicated faculty and its commitment to excellence, has made a strong reputation in the region in a short span of time. In the past years, the university students have been placed in leading organizations which has further strengthened its reputation. The students of the University have not only secured good placements but have also brought laurels to the University in various other Curricular and extracurricular activities at national and international levels. Dr. Pandey also reflected upon how the students must face and combat all odds in order to attain their ambitions. 

Dr. Amit Adlakha, Coordinator (Academics) greeted the energetic students and urged them to work hard and excel not only on the academic fronts but also on various other fronts in order to accomplish their dreams. He said that the university serves as a catalyst for imparting education not just in the field of Management but in other disciplines also and urged the students to make the most of what the university has to offer.

 Dr. Supriyo Ghose, Dean (School of Management) expressed his pleasure to witness the new batch of MBA students and told the students how the university has produced pioneering students who are excelling in both academia and industry. He stated that a university can grow successfully only when research and teaching mesh together seamlessly as one without the other is incomplete. With this view, at IMS Unison University we have ensured the development of a collaborative environment conducive to learning, exposure to the best international practices and promotion of innovation and creativity.

 He also introduced all Faculty Members to the students and made them aware about the rules and regulations of the university.

A Musical Evening with a Live Band performance was one of the major attractions of the day which was followed by a hi-tea for students and faculty members.
