Cookery Club on University campus instituted by School of Hospitality Management (02 Nov,2018)

School of Hospitality Management on 02-11-2018 instituted a Cookery Club on University campus. The club would be run by hospitality and non hospitality students on campus aimed at providing creative engagement and development of the club members through culinary skill development activities hosted periodically at School of Hospitality Management. The first club activity involved students from first semester of MBA and BHM program, preparing Continental Cuisine based menu that was relished by Honorable Chancellor, Vice chancellor, Deans, Heads and Officers of the University, to hallmark the occasion. The guests savoured the Cream of Broccoli Soup, Salad Russe, Legume Au Gratin and Crème Caramel prepared by the students.

The formation of club will entail constructive and creative engagement of students on campus
