Ms. Sarita and Mr. Harsh, Assistant Professor at School of Law, IMS Unison University, have published their book “Constitutionalism and changing dimensions of fundamental rights in India” with renowned International Publisher. The book is a compilation of dynamic topics relating to Fundamental Rights in Current Scenario. This book is an attempt to explain all the changes in the arena of the Part III of constitution of India, and to reason it with the information how successfully it has made constitutionalism more effective than before. This book also focuses on the implications of the realization of the various fundamental rights and the present efficiency of application of those provisions in the courts.
