    CULINARY PRACTICALS THIS WEEK

    The kitchen labs of SoHM were resplendent with various menus being prepared by students from various semester of BHM & MHM program. The medley of dishes ranging from Tomato soup, Waldorf salad Braised Chicken, Chinese menu of Chicken in Hot garlic, Hakka Noodles,  European Menu dishes - Coq a Vin ( Chicken in Red wine sauce ), Pastry and Lasagna prominently featured in the practice menus.
