The Food & Beverage Service Labs and Kitchen Labs of SOHM have been abuzz with practical training all through the week. The practical sessions were resplendent with preparations from American cuisine and Indian cuisine menu. The Bar Lab had focused sessions on cocktails and mocktails making. The intensive practical training at SoHM makes it a distinctive hospitality training center.
