    Valentine Day theme lunch at SOHM

    School of Hospitality Management students on 14/2/19 showcased Valentine Day themed Menu -Practical Project, with objective to learn about hosting of theme based food events. The Restaurant Lab was decorated in tune with theme to build up the ambiance and mock guests were engaged with themed activities along with the food.

     

    The team of students prepared Rose Mousse, Strawberry Hearts, Kiss Me Donuts, Garland Bread Rolls, Valentine Cake, Hearty Pizzas, Miss Me Cookies and Marry Me Cupcakes
