Online demonstration practical was conducted on Foundation Culinary Techniques of Boiling and preparing Bechamel Sauce for BHM& MHM, first semester Batches. The session was aimed at training in “Boiling as Cooking Method” through demonstration of boiling techniques for Pastas and precautions to be taken. Concurrently preparation technique of Bechamel Sauce was also done.
The Penne in Mushroom Sauce was prepared to elaborate the techniques for learning.
